All form fields related to PII are blocked from being recorded and blurred out on the session playback. If you are located in Europe, your IP address, keystroke activity, and personal information are never stored or shared with any third-parties. All recordings This data is stored for 1 month.

Google Services: Including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords. These tools may be used to track information about your behaviour on our website, including; page views (URLs), clicks, mouse movements/hovers, scrolling, browser, device, operating system, screen resolution, duration, time on the website, referring url, ISP and approximate ISP location, custom tags or variables. No personally identifiable information (PII) is stored in Google Analytics; we do not collect your IP address, we do not use PII in code which could be stored i.e. “[email protected]”. This data is stored continuously until such time that we deactivate our account(s) with Google.

The term “client” refers to a customer of Top Pixel’s whether this be services provided through Web, Digital advertising, Print media or any other services. The term “you” refers to the client.
