What information is collected?
(a) Our Service: We may collect personally identifiable information about you, such as your full name, phone number, email address, or similar, when you contact us either by Contact Forms or Email.
Mouseflow: This website uses Mouseflow, an analytics tool to track user activity, page content, click/touch, movement, scroll, and keystroke activity (in some cases). All form fields related to PII are blocked from being recorded and blurred out on the session playback. If you are located in Europe, your IP address, keystroke activity, and personal information are never stored or shared with any third-parties. All recordings This data is stored for 1 month.
Google Services: Including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords. These tools may be used to track information about your behaviour on our website, including; page views (URLs), clicks, mouse movements/hovers, scrolling, browser, device, operating system, screen resolution, duration, time on the website, referring url, ISP and approximate ISP location, custom tags or variables. No personally identifiable information (PII) is stored in Google Analytics; we do not collect your IP address, we do not use PII in code which could be stored i.e. “[email protected]”. This data is stored continuously until such time that we deactivate our account(s) with Google.

Opting out of Mouseflow: Mouseflow offer session replay/recordings, heatmaps, funnels, forms, and feedback campaigns. If you do not wish to be tracked you can opt out at: https://mouseflow.com/opt-out. This will place a cookie on your machine which will prevent further tracking (unless deleted).
Our clients data
The term “client” refers to a customer of Top Pixel’s whether this be services provided through Web, Digital advertising, Print media or any other services. The term “you” refers to the client.

Personally identifiable information such as Name, date of birth, address, email address, telephone numbers or similar. Any services or products purchased from us will have a record of these details.

In all cases personal identifiable information will be collected directly from the client.
3. Why is it being collected?
To maintain a record of accounting and bookkeeping, and any work carried out or quote for work to be carried out.
4. How will it be used?
To contact you for service related communications including invoicing, communication around any work we have ongoing. We may use your information for our own marketing purposes; suggesting products and services that we feel would be of benefit to you. We will only carry out this marketing activity with your prior consent.
5. Who will it be shared with?
Personally identifiable information (PII) will be present on invoices so this will be shared with our accountants to carry out our accounting purposes. In some cases your PII may have been used for the creation and printing of business cards or other office stationery; therefore this will be shared with our print partners.

7. Marketing opt out
